Stainless steel wire, also known as stainless steel wire, is a variety of silk products of different specifications and models made from stainless steel as raw material. It originates from the United States, the Netherlands, and Japan, and generally has a circular or flat cross-section. The common stainless steel wires with good corrosion resistance and high cost-effectiveness are 304 and 316 stainless steel wires.

201/201LN stainless steel is an austenitic steel. Its primary alloying elements are chromium, nickel, and magnesium. It shows excellent toughness at lower temperatures and is purposed across industries for use in appliances, restaurant equipment, sinks, automotive trim, and more.

202 stainless steel strip has good high temperature resistance.
Applications: Architectural decoration, municipal engineering, highway guardrail, hotel facilities, shopping malls, glass handrails, public facilities and other places.

Grade 304 is the most commonly used stainless steel. It is an austenitic, corrosion-resistant steel with excellent strength, toughness, fabrication characteristics and weldability. The low carbon version, 304L, may be required for full corrosion resistance when thicker sections are welded.

Stainless steel bars are made of stainless steel ingots, hot rolled or forged. It has good corrosion resistance, high strength, high temperature and high pressure resistance, radiation resistance, low temperature resistance and other properties. The application of stainless steel bar is more and more extensive, such as the foundation of high-rise buildings in cold areas, the isolation network beside the highway, household necessities, etc.

304L stainless Steels lower carbon content helps minimize/eliminate carbide precipitation during the welding process. This allows 304L stainless steel to be used in the “as-welded” state, even in severely corrosive environments.

Stainless steel Strip are widely used in the production of equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and molding), such as food production equipment, tableware, chemical equipment, nuclear energy, exterior materials, building materials, automotive parts (semi liquid tank tank), medical instruments, fiber industry and ship parts, etc.

Type 316 stainless steel is an austenitic grade with added molybdenum. The alloy offers improved corrosion resistance when compared with Type 304, particularly in chloride environments.

Stainless Steel 321 has similar composition to 304 Stainless Steels but with addition of Titanium. This alloy has excellent resistance to corrosion and is also ideal for high temperature environments.

Stainless Steel 317 and 317L are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels. Due to the molybdenum content of 3-4% 317 and 317L are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than type 304. 317 and 317L are used in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Marine and Architecture industries.

Type 316L stainless steel in a molybdenum bearing austenitic. It is more resistant to general corrosion and pitting than conventional nickel chromium stainless steels such as 302-304. Stainless steel 310/310S is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclic conditions through 2000°F. Stainless 310 is often used at cryogenic temperatures, with excellent toughness to -450°F, and low magnetic permeability.
